"The dynamism of this piece is evident and it is due to the strong energy of the main character that is running towards left. The energy is also expressed by this fire that he is emanating from his body, and he could be the personification of the sun (on top of him we can see the moon), or just a fun character invented by Sorren in order to visualize the moment when the day breaks and each creature comes out from the night and the time sleeping with a renewed body and mental state. The mouth wide open contributes to this sense of urgency and somehow the creature is both smiling and shouting something, expressing a clear sentiment of enthusiasm and joy. The palette used is also clearly inspired by the moment of transformation from night to day, while the calm expression of the moon balances the fast run of this kawaii character going who knows where..."
